Welcome to the Koinonia of Vermont website!
Koinonia of Vermont is a center for the development of spirituality, wellness, and Christian Community established in 1976 by Pastor Paul and Dorothy Alberti.
Our special emphasis, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, is to encourage persons to accept the responsibility for the gift of life and to stretch to a greater measure of wellness. Through consultation, workshops and/or retreats, persons are challenged and equipped to promote healing, wholeness, and the benefits of living in a caring community.
"Koinonia" is a New Testament word meaning "fellowship"; a place of hospitality... a process for becoming... a time apart to grow, reflect, be quiet... it is friendship. The fish and cross are symbolic of Jesus Christ in whom Koinonia of Vermont is centered.
Koinonia of Vermont makes its home at the
Blue Gentian Lodge in Londonderry, VT.
